Most states require a school group, church or other nonprofit to register as a raffle sponsor, get a permit before each event, and file a report afterward. We don't file permits, but you can download a CSV of your entries, draws and winners to help you complete them. Alabama, Hawaii and Utah prohibit paid-entry raffles entirely, and other states restrict or prohibit them too, so check your state's rules. More on the rules →
