The full list

Everything it can do.

The homepage shows the highlights. This is the whole toolbox — and nearly everything on it is a per-event choice: set it, swap it, or turn it off. Every feature, on every plan.

Getting people in

Six ways into the pool

Pick the entry mode that fits the event — or mix them in the same raffle: emailed links for the pre-registered crowd plus a QR at the door for walk-ups.

Magic Link entry
One emailed link per participant. No app, no password, no account — tap and you're in.
QR walk-up entry
Post one QR at the event; visitors scan, enter a name and email, and they're entered.
"Sign up and you're in"
The simplest mode: scanning or tapping is the entry. No tickets to juggle, no prize-picking.
Classic basket raffle
Prefer entrants spreading tickets across prizes? That's one toggle in the wizard. Try the prize-picking demo.
Ticket Table kiosk
A tablet on a table that visitors use themselves — it resets between people automatically. Try the kiosk demo.
Receipt Raffle
Print one QR on receipts or a counter card and customers enter at the register. Works with any POS — Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Toast — with zero integration.
Spreadsheet import
Already have a buyer list? Import the CSV — columns are detected automatically and duplicates get caught.
Email verification
Optional check that keeps contacts real and reachable — turn it on when the prize is worth it.
No-purchase entry paths
QR and kiosk entry collect no payment, so they fit no-purchase-necessary structures. (How you structure the raffle legally is up to you.)
Mobile-first pages
Participants live on their phones; every participant-facing page is built for that first.
Questions & bonus tickets

Answers that change the odds

Plenty of tools have custom fields. SimplyRaffle is the one where the answer can carry extra draw weight — so signup doubles as finding out who's in the room.

Custom signup questions
Ask what you actually want to know — yes/no, multiple choice, or short answer.
Bonus entries per answer
Award extra entries for the answers that matter. The bonus is applied to the draw itself, not just noted.
Show or hide the bonus
Advertise "+2 entries" next to a question to encourage answers — or award them quietly. Your call, per event.
Answers in your export
Every answer rides along in the CSV export, next to the person who gave it.

The draw

Run it as a show — or don't

From a packed ballroom with a countdown on the big screen to a quiet Tuesday draw that emails everyone their results — same raffle, your pick.

Eight reveal styles
Classic, countdown, envelope, split-flap board, slot machine, spinning wheel, lottery balls, and last-one-standing elimination — each tunable. Watch all eight.
Grand-prize suspense
The big prize gets extra build-up, automatically.
Ceremony Mode
Animated live drawings designed to project on stage. See a draw run.
Quiet mode
No show needed — run the draw and results go out by email.
Scheduled raffles
Set a drawing time and walk away: entries open, entries close, winners are drawn, results are sent — without you at a keyboard.
"Will it run?" clarity
Your dashboard says plainly whether the raffle will run without you — no guessing on the morning of.
Test Mode
A practice raffle with sample prizes and stand-in participants. Rehearse the whole draw — nothing sends, nothing gets used up.
Re-draws
Winner left before the draw? Re-draw that prize on the spot; the replaced entrant stays visible on the list rather than disappearing.
Names are opt-in
The reveal styles that show other entrants' names only do so if you opt in to publishing them.
Built for a crowd
The live results page has been load-tested past 20,000 simultaneous viewers with zero errors while a full ceremony ran.
Make it yours

It should look like your event

Branding is per event, not per account — the school fun run and the gala can look nothing alike.

Per-event branding
Your logo and your colors on every participant-facing page.
Logo Studio: auto-fit
Most logos are wide; square spots make them awkward. Auto-fit trims yours to the mark — unlimited use.
Logo Studio: AI redraw
No clean crop in there? AI redraws the mark — and it lands at the center of the spinning wheel.
Kiosk backgrounds
Drop your event photos behind the walk-up kiosk screen.
AI prize blurbs
Snap a photo of the prize and a tone-matched description appears in seconds — kids at a fun run sound different from gala donors.
Audience-matched wording
The setup wizard writes participant-facing language that matches your crowd — and you can edit any of it.
Setup & help

Twenty minutes, start to live

Setup is the part most tools make you earn. Here it's a conversation.

Magic Setup Wizard
Describe your event in plain English. The wizard pre-fills the preset, event name, draw time, and wording — and asks rather than assumes when it's unsure.
Everything's editable
The wizard's choices are a starting point, not a commitment — change any of it afterward.
Questions are free
Email on any plan, phone and text from Basic up — answered by the person who built it, no charge.
Done-for-you add-ons
Rather we did the setup, or stood by during your draw? Concierge Setup, Draw-day Standby, and extra sessions are flat-priced add-ons.

Records & data

After the draw, you're covered

When the treasurer, the board, or the filing office asks — you have the paper.

Results by email
Every participant hears how it went — winners and everyone else.
CSV export
Entries, answers, and results — yours to download.
Frozen pre-draw snapshot
Download the exact pool before the draw runs, so there's no arguing about who was in it.
Complete draw record
Every draw logs the random seed, timestamp, who started it, the qualifying entries, and the winner. Print it and hand it over.
Public verification
Draws run with fairness verification can be checked by anyone on the public verification page.
Scheduled deletion
A full export is emailed to you after the event, then participant data is deleted on a published schedule. Details on the Trust & Compliance page.
