Try it live

Don't read about it. Use it.

Four screens from the product, running in your browser right now. No sign-up, nothing sent anywhere.

How it works

Four steps. No training required.

1
✏️

Set it up

Name your event, add your prizes, pick how people will enter. The wizard adapts to what you're running — a school basket raffle, a church annual, a corporate party, an open house. Drop in a participant list, or skip that entirely if you're going walk-up.

2

Get your people in

Hit “Email All” and every participant gets a personal Magic Link — no app, no password, no login help calls. In-person event? Post a QR at the door, or set a tablet on the table in Ticket Table Kiosk Mode and let visitors enter themselves. Either way, under a minute per person.

3

People enter your raffle

Pick the flow in the wizard. Sign-up-and-you're-in: scanning the QR (or tapping the Magic Link) is the whole entry — one pool, no prize-picking, draw whenever you're ready. Great for restaurants, shops, employee giveaways, or any “draw a few names” raffle. Pick-your-prize: their Magic Link drops them on the prize page with photos and live entry counts, and they spread their tickets across what they actually want to win. Classic basket-raffle flow. Either way, under 60 seconds on any phone.

4
🏆

Run the draw & share results

One click to draw winners. Put it on the big screen with animated reveals and grand-prize suspense — or run it quietly and email results to everyone. Either way, every draw is recorded, timestamped, and verifiable.

An important distinction

You handle the money. We handle the draw.

Whether it's a paid fundraiser, a free giveaway, or a lead-capture raffle — we just run the drawing.

What we do
  • Manage entries, prizes, and allocations
  • Verify every entrant's email
  • Draw the winner with a verifiable audit log
  • Generate the post-draw report — entries, winners, timestamps — for your board or state filing
What stays yours
  • Your supporters' money goes directly to you
  • Your fundraiser balance, in your account
  • Flat fee, paid once — we have no stake in your take
  • Your grandma never gets a tip-prompt at checkout

Givebutter, Zeffy, RallyUp are full payment platforms — they process every dollar your supporters give. That's how they can offer "free" service: they earn through payment-processing fees and optional donor tips at checkout. We don't touch the money. You collect ticket money however you already collect money — cash at the table, check in the offering plate, Stripe, Square, Venmo, your existing donation portal. We just run the drawing on top.

SimplyRaffle mascot waving a magic wand
Magic Import bridges the gap

Collecting tickets through Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo, or your existing donation portal? Export the buyer list, drop the CSV on our import page — we auto-detect which columns are names, emails, and ticket counts, dedupe duplicates, and load your participants in seconds. No template to download. No required column order. No manual re-keying.

What's unique

What makes SimplyRaffle different.

Features competitors don't have — on every plan.

Sign up and you're in

Want the simplest flow? Scan a QR or tap a Magic Link — you're in the pool. No prize-picking, no tickets to juggle. Draw whenever you're ready. Prefer a basket raffle where people pick prizes? That's one toggle in the wizard.

Bonus tickets for the right answers

Add custom signup questions and award bonus entries for the answers that matter. Other tools have custom fields. We're the only one where the answer changes the draw weight.

Live draw on the big screen

One click to draw winners. Eight reveal styles — a spinning wheel, a split-flap board, lottery balls, a countdown — with extra suspense on the grand prize. Or run it quietly and email results to everyone.

Watch all eight →
Ticket Table walk-up kiosk

Tablet on a table, visitors enter themselves, auto-resets between people. Drop your event photos in as a custom background.

AI writes the prize blurb

Snap a photo of the prize. Two seconds later, a tone-matched description appears — kids at a fun run sound different from gala donors.

Magic Setup Wizard

Describe your event in plain English. The wizard pre-fills the preset, your event name, draw time, and the language that matches your audience.

Your logo, as a proper icon

Most logos are wide — words, banners, letterheads — and they look awkward in square spots. Logo Studio trims yours down to the mark automatically, or redraws it with AI when there's no clean crop. It lands at the center of the spinning wheel.

Set a draw time and walk away

Put a drawing time on the calendar and the whole event runs itself — entries open, entries close, winners get drawn, results go out. Your dashboard tells you plainly whether the raffle will run without you, so you are never guessing on the morning of. Prefer to press the button yourself in front of a room? That still works.

Turn every receipt into an entry

Print one QR on your receipts or a counter card and customers scan to enter — right there at the register. Works with any POS (Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Toast) with zero integration. Always-on: draw whenever you're ready.

Sound familiar?

If this goes wrong, it's on you.

And everyone is watching.

The old way
  • 😬Different people tracking tickets in different ways
  • 🤷Participants asking questions you can't answer fast enough
  • 🎪Last-minute confusion right before the draw starts
  • 📲Forcing people to download an app they don't want — and losing half of them before they ever enter
  • 🔒Everyone watching when the winner is picked — and wondering if it was fair
The SimplyRaffle way
  • Everything in one place — everyone sees the same numbers
  • 🔗No passwords — participants click one link and they're in
  • 🎯Every draw recorded, and anyone can check it in their own browser — no one can claim it was rigged
  • 📱No double-counting. No guessing. No confusion.
  • 📋Results can be exported and shared with anyone
Privacy & compliance

We collect less.
We delete fast. We never sell.

What we collect, when it's gone, and who else touches it. Specifics — not slogans.

👶
Children's privacy (COPPA)

Built for adult organizers. We don't knowingly collect data from kids under 13 — when a raffle involves young participants, the organizing adult handles parental consent. Anything we shouldn't have gets deleted on notice.

⚖️
Your data rights (CCPA & GDPR)

California and EU residents: full right to access, delete, or correct your data. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete them within 30 days, for CCPA and GDPR alike. We never sell personal data, ever. DPA available if your org or school district needs one for GDPR.

🔐
Encrypted in transit

HTTPS/TLS on every page and form. Card payments route directly to Stripe (PCI-DSS certified) — payment details never touch our servers, so they can't leak from us.

🗑️
Quick deletion

On paid plans we email you a full export 30 days after the draw, then delete the participant data at 45 days. On Community, a raffle is archived 21 days after signup if no draw has run (a draw date set within 60 days holds it), 21 days after the draw once it has, and its participant data is deleted 30 days later. Request earlier deletion any time.

How it started

It started with a fun run.

My wife, Dawn, runs our school's PTG. Last year she organized the Color Fun Run raffle. She collected the donations through Zeffy, then sat at the kitchen table every single night, typing each paper ticket into a spreadsheet by hand. The payment tool handled the money just fine. It simply didn't run the raffle. That part was still hers, one stub at a time.

One night she asked me to build her something that would just do it. So I did, and that became SimplyRaffle: the part the donation platforms skip. A fast way in for entrants, and a fair, provable draw, so the next volunteer doesn't lose their evenings to a spreadsheet.

And yes, that's the same Dawn whose review is right below. She was user number one.

Jason, founder

What organizers say
School fundraiser
“Last year we did our Fun Run raffle the old-fashioned way. Tickets in a hat, a spreadsheet someone had to constantly update, parents stopping me at pickup asking which prize they selected. This year I set it up in SimplyRaffle in about twenty minutes, sent out the magic links, and ran the draw live in front of the whole school. For families, it couldn't have been easier. No accounts to create, no passwords. They just clicked the link and entered. It was so unbelievably easy.”
Dawn — PTG President
Corporate event
“We had an outstanding experience using SimplyRaffle for our annual corporate event. The digital raffle prize portal was a huge success and made the entire raffle process seamless, engaging, and enjoyable for all our guests. The portal is incredibly user-friendly, easy to set up, and offers great customization options that allowed us to tailor it to our specific needs. One thing that truly set SimplyRaffle apart was their exceptional customer service! Their team went above and beyond at every step, providing prompt support and guidance and ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our guests loved the experience, and the positive feedback we received was overwhelming. I highly recommend SimplyRaffle, and we’ll certainly return for our future events!”
Shaye H. — Corporate Event Organizer
Open house
“I’ve used SimplyRaffle at both an open house and a car show now, and it’s become my go-to for any event where I want to actually capture who showed up. At the car show we pulled in 44 entries: real names, real emails, no clipboard, no manual data entry. People scan the QR code, enter, and they’re in. Setup took minutes and the live draw was a great way to wrap things up. If you’re doing any kind of event and want to walk away with real contacts instead of a stack of business cards, this is it.”

FAQ

Common questions

Re-draw that prize. The button is there on every kind of raffle — you don't have to decide up front that you might need it, and you don't restart the event. Before it re-draws it tells you exactly what will happen: a new winner is picked from everyone still eligible, and the person you replaced stays on your draw list greyed out, so the change is visible rather than hidden. If you've already emailed your winners it says so first, because that email can't be taken back. Two limits worth knowing: there have to be eligible people left in the pool for that prize, and a draw you've already cleared can't be re-drawn.
Yes. Concierge Setup ($199, any paid plan): tell us what you want your event to be and we set it up — anything the product can do — then run the draw with you on a call before anyone else sees it. Draw-day Standby ($149) reserves a direct phone and text line for the draw itself — the clock starts when you text “we're up next,” not when the agenda says. What each includes.
Yes. Turn on Test Mode from your dashboard and SimplyRaffle fills in a few sample prizes and a roster of stand-in participants, already entered, so there's nothing to set up first. Take it all the way through to the draw and watch the whole reveal on the big screen. Turn Test Mode back off and the samples disappear — your own prizes and participants are never touched. No emails go out and it doesn't use up your event, so practice as many times as you like.
No. Participants receive a personal link via email, or they scan a QR at the event. They click it and they're in — no account, no app, no password. Under 60 seconds on any phone.
You don't pick the winner — the computer does, in front of everyone. Before the draw you can download the list of who's in. After it, there's a record of the exact moment, who pressed the button, and who won — and anyone in the room can open the results page and confirm for themselves that the draw wasn't changed after the fact. Hand it to the board, the treasurer, or the state commission. (Under the hood: the shuffle is sealed before the draw and revealed after, so the check is math, not trust.)
No. SimplyRaffle is the drawing tool — it verifies entries, performs the random winner-selection, and generates the audit log; you run your raffle. We don't process payments and we don't touch your supporters' money. You collect ticket money however you already collect money: cash at the table, check in the offering plate, Stripe, Square, Venmo, your existing donation portal. The only money that comes to us is your flat platform fee — paid by you, the organizer, once.
Givebutter, Zeffy, and RallyUp are full payment platforms — they process every dollar your supporters give. That's how they can offer "free" service: they earn through payment-processing fees and optional checkout tips. That's the business model.

SimplyRaffle is a different category. We're the drawing tool, not the payment processor. We don't take your supporters' money, so we can't ask them for a tip. We charge a flat fee — paid by you, once — and that's it. Your supporters pay exactly the ticket price you posted.
State raffle licensing is your organization's responsibility — most states require nonprofits to register annually and file post-event reports. We ship a downloadable CSV of your entries, draws, and winners. Alabama, Hawaii, and Utah prohibit paid-entry raffles entirely, and other states restrict or prohibit them too. Check your state's rules before selling tickets.
Yes. You'll receive a Stripe receipt by email right after purchase, and we'll prepare an invoice with your organization's name, address, and any tax fields your treasurer needs — email [email protected] and it's usually back the same business day.
An Annual Membership covers up to 13 events per year (think monthly plus a seasonal spare) for orgs running raffles regularly — schools, churches, fire departments, booster clubs, scout troops. Three tiers: Basic Annual $99 (100 ppl/event), Standard $299 (250 ppl), Pro $499 (500 ppl). One flat fee, paid once a year — not a subscription. Running more than 13 events a year (weekly real estate open houses, multi-location gym chains)? Get in touch and we'll scope a flat fee for your cadence.
Yes. Print one QR on your receipts or a counter card and customers scan to enter in seconds — no app, no account. It works with any point of sale (Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Toast) because you place the QR yourself, or just print a counter card for the register. It's an always-on standing raffle: draw whenever you want — end of the week, end of the month, end of a promo — and winners get an email automatically. Great for cafés, salons, gyms, and shops that want their everyday customers to become their raffle.
