For corporate events — 50 people or 2,000

Run your corporate raffle without the chaos.

Holiday party, sales kickoff, appreciation day, all-hands in a ballroom. Print a personal QR on every badge, email everyone a magic link, or put one shared code on the screen and let the room scan it — for the biggest rooms we pick the entry method with you up front. Draw live on the projector or email results quietly — every piece is set up to fit your event, not the other way around.

Built for the room: badge-scan or walk-up entry, employee-only verification if you want it, open if you don't.

Built for a ballroom

Most raffle tools are built for a classroom.

If you're the one running the raffle, the draw is the moment that lands on you: names out of a box in front of the whole room, and figuring out how that part is even going to work. That part is our job now — and we've already sweated the details you'd never think to test.

2,000
Watching at once

Two thousand people on the live results page at the same time, through a full 17-prize ceremony. Zero errors.

Seconds
Everyone sees it together

Each winner lands on every phone in the room within a few seconds of the draw — so the cheer happens once, not in a slow ripple.

50
Prizes in one event

Up to fifty prizes in a single event. The measured ceremony ran seventeen back to back with twenty winners — nobody reloaded anything, nobody read out a spreadsheet.

And when finance or legal asks how the draw worked: before any winner is picked, each draw publishes the fingerprint of a sealed random seed, and after the draw the seed itself is revealed. Anyone can re-run that check in their own browser and confirm the seed that decided the winners is the one that was sealed beforehand — hand them the link, not a promise.

Over 500 people? You get set up personally

Those are load-test numbers against a real 2,000-person event, not an estimate we felt good about. They measure the live results page — the moment the whole room is watching at once.

Past 500, we size the platform to your event and set it up with you directly: badge print runs, how the roster arrives, and the entry method that fits your venue. A 900-person sales kickoff and a 2,000-person holiday party are different events — five minutes on email and yours is planned as the one it is.

New: Magic Setup Wizard — not sure which mode fits? Describe your raffle in plain English when you sign in, and the wizard pre-fills the right preset, your audience labels, and your settings in 30 seconds.

How it works

Four steps. No app downloads. No passwords.

1

Import the roster

Drop the employee CSV (or paste from your HRIS export). We auto-detect names, emails, and tickets — no template required.

2

Print QRs on badges

Bulk-generate a personal QR for every employee at any size you want — 1″ for name badges, 2″ for table tents. Hand the PDF to your print vendor.

3

Employees pick

Scan their badge, get their ticket allotment (you decide the count), spread it across the prizes they actually want. 60 seconds on any phone.

4

Draw on the projector

One click. Pick from eight reveal styles — spinning wheel, split-flap board, lottery balls — with extra suspense on the grand prize. Whole room watching, everyone sees the same moment. Watch them all →

🎫
Or skip the badge step entirely.

Don't want to print badges? Set a tablet on the registration desk in Kiosk Mode. Employees walk up, tap their email, the system checks it against the imported roster, and they get their ticket allotment instantly. Off-list emails get a polite “please see the registration desk” message — no random walk-ins, no friend-of-a-friend slipping in.

A nice bonus

What HR and event planners like

Besides the obvious — that the room ends with everyone happy and your CFO has a clean record.

🔒

Verified employees only

Pre-imported roster is the gatekeeper. If their email isn't on the list, they can't enter — they see “please see the registration desk.” No spouse-of-employee, no contractor's-friend complications.

🏆

Premium prizes, simple math

Apple Watch, AirPods, travel vouchers, Yeti coolers, extra PTO day — all on the same screen. One ticket = one entry, every employee gets the same starting allotment. No weighted-by-tenure complaints.

📱

No app downloads, ever

Scan badge → phone browser opens → pick prizes. That's it. No App Store approvals, no IT-managed-device exemptions, no “can you sideload this” threads in Slack.

📝

HR-ready audit trail

Every entry, draw seed, timestamp, and winner is logged. Download a clean CSV after the event — clean record for finance, the comp committee, or anyone asking “was that fair?”

What a real setup looks like

A 200-person appreciation day, end to end

Picture a mid-size sales org running an off-site appreciation day for 200 employees. The director of office management owns the planning.

  • 🔹Roster import: exports the employee directory CSV from the HRIS, drops it on our import page — we map columns, dedupe, and confirm 200 verified attendees.
  • 🔹Prize list: 12 prizes, all corporate-appropriate — $1,000 travel voucher (grand), Apple Watch, AirPods Pro, Bose headphones, $500 Amazon GC, Yeti cooler, KitchenAid mixer, Nintendo Switch, massage gun + spa day, Weber grill, $250 DoorDash GC, and one extra PTO day.
  • 🔹Per-person allotment: 20 tickets each. Every employee starts with the same balance and spreads it across the prizes they actually want.
  • 🔹Badge QRs: bulk-printed at 1″, one per employee, included with their event name badge at check-in. Scanning it lands them directly on their personal prize-pick page.
  • 🔹Backup at the door: a tablet in Kiosk Mode on the registration desk for anyone whose badge gets misplaced or whose QR won't scan.
  • 🔹The draw: projected on the ballroom screens. One click per prize, your pick of eight reveal animations, grand prize last with confetti. Whole company watches together.
  • 🔹The wrap: winners emailed automatically with claim instructions, full audit log downloaded for the HR file. Done.

Genericized from a real-world setup — we'll adapt the flow to your event size, prize list, and any internal access rules.

More than 500 people?

Large events are set up with you, not by a checkout page — the platform gets sized to your event first. Send these and you will get a real answer, usually same day:

  • ▶  Roughly how many people
  • ▶  The date, and the venue
  • ▶  How they will enter — badges, an emailed link, or a kiosk at the door
