For parishes, churches & fellowship halls

Run your church raffle without the chaos.

Annual fundraiser, parish dinner, fall calendar raffle. Set up before lunch, sell tickets online or cash after Mass, draw winners Sunday in the hall. No paper rolls. No fishbowl. No fuss.

New: Magic Setup Wizard — not sure which mode fits? Describe your raffle in plain English when you sign in, and the wizard pre-fills the right preset, your audience labels, and your settings in 30 seconds.

How it works

Four steps. No training required.

1

Set up

Add prizes, pick the raffle date.

2

Sell tickets

Online, or cash after Mass — both.

3

Run the draw

Live in the hall or quietly Sunday.

4

File the report

Audit log + financial CSV. Done.

A nice bonus

What churches like about SimplyRaffle

📜

Auditable draws

Every draw records the seed, timestamp, and who initiated it. Hand the audit log to the deacons. Hand it to the diocese. Nobody can claim Brother Joe rigged it for his cousin.

💵

Cash & check entries

Half your congregation is over 70 and pays cash after Mass. The office logs the cash entry; Miss Bernice's name is in the system right next to the online buyers.

📋

State-form-ready report

NJ Games of Chance, NY Bingo & Raffle, PA Small Games — most state forms want the same data. We ship a CSV that matches the typical fields. Hand to the finance council, file with the state.

⚠️ State raffle licensing — your responsibility

Most states require your parish or church to register annually as a raffle sponsor, file a permit before each event, and submit a financial report after. We don't file your permit for you, but our financial CSV matches typical state forms. Alabama, Hawaii, and Utah prohibit paid-entry raffles entirely. Check your state's rules.

The math

Cheaper than the roll of tickets.

A roll of 2,000 paper double-tickets at the office-supply store runs about $30. SimplyRaffle Basic is $9 per event, or a Basic Annual at $99/year covering 13 of them — about $7.60 a raffle. For the parish dinner, the Lent appeal, or the November fall festival, the platform costs less than the tickets you'd otherwise be buying. And nobody has to count cardboard stubs at the kitchen table at 9pm.

Pricing

One flat fee per event.

No per-ticket fees. Defendable to the finance council.
